"You want me to what?"
"Take off your clothes."
I couldn't believe she said it so blandly. Almost like she had asked me for the time or something.
"But why?"
"Why not, Ranma? We're both female, aren't we?"
"Are you joking?"
"I thought you didn't care about your female form. Suddenly got a little feminine modesty, Ranma?"
"No, I just...I just don't want to."
"Well, why not?"
I looked into her eyes. Why was she doing this? Was she trying to make a point? Was she joking around with me? She looked perfectly serious. Her eyes were a little glazed over, if anything.
"I just..."
"Just what, Ranma? Got a little feminine modesty?"
I unbuttoned my shirt! I couldn't believe what I was doing! I then took off the rest of my clothes! I was completely naked in front of her in her room!
"There, that's better." Akane looked at me and smiled, and then got back to work at something she was writing! I didn't know why she had asked me to do that! She didn't try anything...she just kept on writing. I tried to say something...but what would I say? After a few minutes I put my clothes back on and left the room. She didn't try to stop me, she didn't even seem to notice.
A few days passed the same as they always had. Akane and I got along about as well as we always do, which is to say we narrowly avoided killing each other.
It was about a week later when Akane acted strangely again. I walked into the kitchen, where Akane was cooking something.
"Take off your clothes."
I was in shock! I didn't know what to say!
"Take off your clothes." she repeated.
"Akane...I can't...here?"
"Don't worry about it. Our fathers are gone, Ranma! There's nobody here but us girls here. Got a little feminine modesty?"
I resent being called a girl, but I didn't complain. I couldn't understand what had gotten into Akane, though. Then I noticed Kasumi was looking in! She had a ridiculously happy expression on her face! She must have heard the whole thing, and she wasn't even slightly startled!
"Why don't you, Ranma...it'll be so nice when you're out of those...things."
"No way!"
"Don't tell me you LIKE to hide your body. I thought you were male, Ranma? Why should you care about your female body?"
"Nabiki...you too?"
"All of us, Ranma." Akane corrected me. "Got a little feminine modesty?" I noticed she was starting to use the phrase over and over. Each time she said it a little softer but with a little more...spite. She stared at me with those big glazy eyes of hers.
I couldn't resist any longer! I didn't know why, but I started stripping. They hardly took notice, and by the time I was done taking off my clothes they went back to normal tasks. Nabiki counted something on her abacus, Kasumi cleaned the living room, and Akane went back to cooking. I just hanged around. I didn't know what to do! I went to put my clothes back on, but Kasumi stopped me!
"So, what do you think of this?" Akane took a fork and gave it to me. I tried to complain...I don't like her cooking. I really don't. I couldn't get a complain out! I put the fork in my mouth!
"It...It...it's terrible!" Akane briefly frowned. She looked at me. I wanted to turn my head, to hide from the terrible eyes, but I couldn't! They were big, impenetrable, huge...I couldn't hide from their glance! They looked like the eyes of a canine, but somehow different...more menacing.
"Ranma, try on this dress." I was in her room! I didn't remember getting there! I looked down and saw I was in female undergarments... Neither of which I had ever seen before.
"I won't wear this!" I yelled, taking the dress in my hands and slipping it over my effeminate frame. The dress fit me very nicely. It was a little frilly, and not a color I would have chosen, but still a nice dress.
Akane smiled.
FIN
*** Don't ask me what I was thinking. The phrase "Take off your clothes" is taken from Aladdin, where it is whispered on the balcony. The prose is in clear imitation of Deirdre, an a.s.s writer who is IMHO the best author on the 'Net, and is the only reason is scan a.s.s. I like this story, it only took half an hour from the point I started to the point I posted it, and it probably took two minutes to read, so don't complain too much if you were bothered by the lack of coherency. If you liked the story, I'd appreciate a reply. Ta-ta.
