One Hundred Percent Woman
A relatively simple alternate universe idea: what if Ukyou caught up to Ranma before Nerima? The first chapter came second in the September 1997 Ranma fanfic vote thingy, and the second chapter came first in the October 1997 vote. Just look at the pretty graphic:

Ryouga and Ukyou
My first fanfic, and it was taken pretty well by the public(thank goodness). It was voted into the equal eighth place for the 1996 Ranma Fanfic Vote, if that means anything. It's an alternate universe story where Ryouga never became Ranma's bitter enemy, in fact they're best of friends. Pity about that trip to Jusenkyo though.
